this is the final reminder that the final deadline for the abstract submission on 15th Jan 2024 23:59 GMT is coming up shortly. There will be no further extension.
And we are pleased to share with you this AIDAA initiative aiming to bring foreign scholars to Italy in 2024.
As you all know, AIDAA is the hosting society of three major international congresses in 2024: the AIAA/CEAS Aeroacoustics 2024 (https://www.aidaa.it/aeroacoustics/), ICAS 2024 (https://www.icas2024.com/), and IAC 2024 (https://iac2024.org/). To support these events, AIDAA has launched the Aerospace Italy 2024 initiative, https://www.aidaa.it/aerospaceitaly2024/, with events in Italy and abroad.
AIDAA will offer scholarships to scholars in Aerospace Engineering and Science who will come to Italy for a few weeks to allow them to visit Italian Universities or Research Centers in the window between the abovementioned events. The scholarship amount is in the 1-1.5k range and aims to support travel, board, and lodging expenses.
Although there are no constraints on age or country, priority will be given to early-stage researchers, women, and emerging countries.
The application consists of a CV and a 1-page description of the research activity to be carried out in Italy during the stay; a couple of support letters would be a plus; applications can be sent to info@aidaa.it by 31 January 2024.
